List the x402 facilitators Sona recognizes
/v1/chains/{chain}/x402/registryLists the facilitators Sona knows by name and every relayer address it has classified. The registry decides the tier of a payment: a payment sent by a facilitator address is tier A, by an unlisted address tier B (tier X when it went through another contract), and by a test address tier X. Use it to show facilitator names and links, to turn a registry id from another answer into a name, or to check why a payment got its tier.
What you can pass. {chain} is eip155:143. There is no query string.
What comes back: data (kind x402_registry) has the registry version and checksum (the SHA-256 of its content), facilitators (each with its registry id, display name, url and relayer addresses) and relayers, one entry per address with its class (facilitator, unlisted or test), the facilitator_id of a facilitator address, and the block range it applies to (from_block and to_block, inclusive; null means open). When the registry changes, it gets a new version and every payment is classified again. meta.finality is none.
