Stress every market with the same shock
/v1/chains/{chain}/perpl/stressCall this for the headline table of a stress test: the result of the market stress route for every priced market, in ascending order of perp id, for one shock. The items are the same as there, with the same top_positions. A market without positions shows no liquidations and no bad debt.
shock works as on the market stress route.
