List the chains Sona serves
/v1/chainsReturns every chain this API can read, with the basic facts you need to show it: its ID, name, coin ticker, decimals and typical block time. Call it once when your app starts to learn which chain IDs you can use in the other endpoints, or to fill a chain picker. The list only changes when Sona adds a chain, so it is safe to cache.
There is nothing to send. You can pass If-None-Match to avoid downloading an unchanged list.
What comes back: data.chains holds one entry per chain. id is the CAIP-2 chain ID to use in paths (eip155:1, eip155:143 or eip155:5042), name is the display name, symbol is the ticker of the chain's coin (ETH, MON or USDC), decimals is how many decimal places that coin has, and block_time_ms is the usual time between blocks. meta.finality is none because the list is not about any block.
